IMPORTANT DEADLINES, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Early bird fees end on May 12 at 23:59 CET.
June 12, 2017 at 23:59 GMT
Hotel reservations must be made by June 12 at 23:59 GMT in order to guarantee conference hotel rates. After June 12, rooms are based on hotel rates and availability.
Accommodation Payment and Cancellation Terms:
Attendees will be charged one night's stay in order to hold their room. A two nights' stay will be charged for Grange City and Grange Tower Bridge. This charge will be waived should an attendee cancel their room prior to June 12.
The deadline to cancel your room is June 12 in order to avoid a charge of one/two night's stay. No-show reservations may be subject to additional fees.

Refund requests must be received via email by June 16, 2017 at 23:59 GMT. To obtain a refund, a receipt copy of your registration is required for the cancellation request to be processed.
Registration Cancellation Terms:
After June 16, 2017, there will be no refunds issued for cancellations of any type, including no shows. All refunds will be accessed a £80 administrative fee. No fee is required for Substitutions.
