Hotel reservations must be made by June 12 at 23:59 GMT in order to guarantee conference hotel rates. After June 12, rooms are based on hotel rates and availability. Attendees will be charged one night's stay in order to hold their room. This charge will be waived should an attendee cancel their room prior to June 12.
The deadline to cancel your room is June 12 in order to avoid a charge of one night's stay. No-show reservations may be subject to additional fees.

The deadline for refund requests must be received via email by June 16, 2017 at 23:59 GMT. To obtain a refund, a receipt copy of your registration is required for the cancellation request to be processed. After June 16, 2017, there will be no refunds issued for cancellations of any type, including no shows. All refunds will be accessed a £80 administrative fee. No fee is required for Substitutions.
